PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice explains how Ideal Delivery Corporation dba Weel (collectively, “Weel”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our mobile application, and what choices you have to manage how we handle your personal information.

  1. APPLICABILITY OF PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice applies to: (i) your interaction with our mobile application Weel (the “App”); (ii) your communications with us; and (iii) in-person interactions, and through other channels of communication with us (collectively, the “Services”).

  1. COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Through the use of the App and our Services, we will collect personal information from you directly and automatically as outlined in this section. Personal information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could be reasonably linked, directly or indirectly, with you.

  1. Information You Provide To Us.

When you use our App, we will collect your personal information:  

  • Create an Account.  When you download our App, you have to create an account to utilize our Services. We will collect your telephone number for authentication purposes and request you create a profile. In order to create a profile, we will collect from you your personal identifiers (name, address, email address) and, if you agree to this, we automatically collect, your precise geolocation information (as collected by your mobile device).  We use this personal information to create and maintain an account, provide the App and Services to you, and communicate with you. If you agree to this, we collect your telephone number so we can send you notifications regarding the status of your delivery.  We collect your location information due to a requirement by the application store to determine the state in which you are located, and to facilitate the delivery of our Services. You can manage, at any time, your push notifications and location settings on your mobile device settings.

 

  • Verify your identity. Due to the regulatory requirements surrounding our Services, all users must verify their identity. We collect from you your sensitive information (driver’s license, government issued identification card, passport) and your biometric information (photograph of your face). We collect this information to comply with California law. We share this information with our third-party identity verification company, Berbix. Berbix verifies your identity through analyzing your facial photo with the valid government identification you provide to confirm your identity.   • Engage with the App. Once your account is created, we will automatically collect from you your purchase information (amount of product, type of product, and date of purchase). We collect this information to provide the Services to you, to comply with legal requirements, and to better your user experience on our App. In addition to the location information collected from your phone settings, we collect from you automatically your location information (from your mobile phone). We collect this information in order to deliver the product you purchased to you via our drivers. You can manage how we monitor your location information by updating the settings on your mobile phone.

 

  • Purchase Product. If you purchase product from our App, we will collect from your account information (name, delivery address, and email address), your purchase information (amount of product, type of product, date of order), but we do not collect your financial account information. The only form of payment we accept is CASH.  We collect this information to fulfill your request and provide you with your purchase.  

 

  • Survey responses, rate our product. If you choose to participate in a survey or rate and review our Services (product and delivery of product), we will collect from you your responses and feedback. We will generally ask attitudinal questions to help us understand your general views, behaviors, opinions, and interests as they pertain to our products and Services. We use this information to update our products and Services to better suit the user.

Weel may also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

  1. Information Collected Automatically.

In addition to the personal information, you provide directly to us, we also collect information from you automatically, as you use our App via cookies. This includes the following internet or other electronic network activity information:

  • Usage information. We use strictly necessary and functional cookies to collect information about your interaction with our Services, such as the pages you visit, the frequency of access, how much time you spend on each page, what you click on, and referring website address. We use this personal information to: (i) enhance user experience; (ii) prevent fraudulent use of the Website; and (iii) diagnose and repair errors.

 

  • Device information. We use strictly necessary and functional cookies to collect certain information about the device you use to access our Website, such as browser type, browser language, hardware model, operating system, and your preferences. We use this personal information to: (i) enhance user experience; (ii) prevent fraudulent use of the Website; (iii) diagnose and repair errors; (iv) remember your preferences; and (v) provide enhanced functionality.

 

  • Location information: We use strictly necessary and functional cookies to collect information about your location, which may be determined through your IP address.  We use this personal information to: (i) enhance user experience; (ii) prevent fraudulent use of the Services; (iii) diagnose and repair errors; (iv) remember your preferences; and (v) provide enhanced functionality.

 

We also use third-party cookies on our Website. Particular third-party cookies on our Website to note include:

  • Google Analytics. For the Website, we use Google Analytics to collect information on your use of the Website to improve our Website. In order to collect this information, Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser, or read cookies that are already there. Google Analytics may also receive information about you from applications you have downloaded that partner with Google. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our Website or to another application which partners with Google is governed by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy, available for review here. To prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics which can be found here.

 

  • Facebook Pixel.  We use Facebook Pixel to customize our advertising our advertising and to serve you ads on our social media based on your browsing behavior. This allows your behavior to be tracked after you have been redirected to our websites and applications by clicking on the Facebook ad. Facebook Pixel stores a cookie on our device to enable us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. We do not have access to the information collected through Facebook Pixel. However, the information collected via the Facebook Pixel is also processed and stored by Facebook. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy. Facebook Pixel also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside of Facebook. You can opt-out of displaying Facebook ads and sharing by visiting your Facebook Ad Settings, and you can clear and control the information that third parties share with Facebook in your Off-Facebook Activity page. If you do not have a Facebook account, you can opt-out of Facebook ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

 

  1.  HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

 

  1. General Sharing

Weel may share personal information identified in this Privacy Policy in the following instances:

  • Within Weel. Where necessary, we may share your personal information within Weel, including our driver’s, in order to efficiently carry out business and to the extent permissible by law.

 

  • With Service Providers. We will share your personal information with service providers that assist us in providing the App, such as our IT support, email provider, payment processor, marketing vendor, identity verification vendor, and cloud provider.

 

  • In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event Weel enters into, or intends to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of Weel, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our assets, Weel would share your personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction.

 

  • For legal purposes. Weel will share your personal information where legally required, in response to court orders, law enforcement or legal process, including for national security purposes; to establish protect, or exercise our legal rights, as required to contracts; to defend against legal claims or demands; to detect, investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or personal safety of any person; or to comply with the requirements of any applicable law.

 

  1. YOUR INFORMATION CHOICES

Correct or View Your Information. You may access your Weel account to view or correct certain personal information that you have provided. You may access or correct your information by contacting us directly at info@weel.com

Online Advertising. To opt-out of interest-based advertising generally or to learn more about the use of this information by our service providers you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance.  

Account Deletion. You can delete your Weel account at any time by following the “Delete my Account” instructions on your profile or by emailing us at info@weel.com. You can also stop all further collection of your personal information by the App by uninstalling the App on your mobile device.

Device location settings. The collection of location data (outside of the geolocation plug-in) is required by the App store. You can limit the collection of your location data by managing your mobile device settings.

Push Notifications. If you have enabled push notification on the Weel App, you may disable these at any time by updating your mobile device settings.

Marketing emails. You may opt-out of marketing emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided with each email. Please note, we will continue to send emails necessary to the App or any assistance you request.

Cookies. All session cookies are temporary and expire after you close your web browser.  Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser’s directions.  To find out how to see what cookies have been set on your computer or device, and how to reject and delete the cookies, please visit: https://www.aboutcookies.org/.  Please note that each web browser is different.  For information on reviewing or deleting cookies from specific browsers, click on the appropriate browser: Firefox, Firefox IOS, Firefox Android, Safari, Safari Mobile, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Opera.  To find information relating to other browsers, visit the browser developer’s website and mobile application.  If you reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, some features of our Websites may not function properly.  If you choose to opt-out, we will place an "opt-out cookie" on your computer.  The "opt-out cookie" is browser-specific and device specific and only lasts until cookies are cleared from your browser or device.  The opt-out cookie will not work for essential cookies.  If the cookie is removed or deleted, if you upgrade your browser or if you visit us from a different computer, you will need to return and update your preferences.

Google Analytics. You may opt-out of the sale of your personal information here.

 

  1. RETENTION

We keep your personal information for a limited period of time depending on the purpose for which it was collected and as required by legal obligation.  After such period, your personal information will be deleted or otherwise rendered anonymous in an irreversible way.  The retention period is different depending on the purpose of the processing.  The criteria used to determine our retention periods include (i) to provide you with information related to clinics near you (ii) for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you (iii) as required by a legal obligation to which we are subject; or (iv) as is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard of applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).  Yellow Dream Farm retains the personal information for seven (7) years from the time it was provided for marketing purposes unless consent is revoked.  If consent is revoked, your personal information may not be processed for the aforementioned purposes but may still be kept to abide by regulatory or legal requirements and manage any objections and/or disputes.

  1. DO NOT TRACK

We do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) requests.  Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform website and mobile applications that you do not want to be tracked.  You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.

  1. INFORMATION SECURITY

We implement and maintain reasonable security measures, including encryption, to help protect the personal information we collect and maintain from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure.  However, no security measure or modality of data transmission is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the personal information we have collected from you.

  1. AGE RESTRICTION

Yellow Dream Farm’s Services are not intended for those under the age of twenty-one (21).  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual under the age of twenty-one (21), we will delete that personal information.  If you believe we might have information from or about an individual under the age of twenty-one (21), please contact us at info@weel.com

  1. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice is subject to change.  Changes to the Privacy Notice will be posted on this page and we will indicate the date the changes go into effect.  We encourage you to review this page frequently and review the Privacy Notice for any changes.  If we make changes that materially affect your privacy rights, we will notify you through a prominent posting on the applicable Website.
